About Pikastore & How It Works
Do you have a physical store?
Pikastore.cz operates exclusively as an online store. We do not have a physical shop or pickup point - all orders are processed online and delivered via shipping carriers.
Why don’t we have a physical store?
Operating only online is a deliberate choice. Physical stores come with high operating costs that are reflected in product prices. Instead, we focus on product selection, availability, and quality.
What are the advantages of an online model?
Thanks to operating online, we can:
- offer a wider selection of limited products
- maintain fairer prices
- respond quickly to market availability
Does this mean limited customer service?
No. Orders, returns, and claims are handled online or via email, without the need to visit a store. Returns or size exchanges are completely free within 14 days.

Is personal pickup available?
Pikastore.cz operates exclusively as an online store. We do not have a physical shop, showroom, or pickup point, which is why personal pickup is not available.
All orders, returns, and claims are handled online, and products are delivered through verified shipping carriers. This model allows us to manage inventory, logistics, and product availability efficiently without the need for a physical store.
The estimated delivery time is listed for each product. If you need to know the exact delivery timeframe or want to confirm the shipping speed for a specific order, you can contact us at any time and we’ll be happy to provide more precise information.
Where is the inventory stored?
A large part of our inventory is stored in the main dispatch warehouse, from which orders are shipped express.
The remaining products are stored in additional warehouse locations across the Czech Republic and Europe, from where they are gradually transferred for dispatch.
Each product page always displays an estimated delivery time so you know when your order is expected to arrive.
Do you only sell what’s listed on the website?
Yes. The products shown on our website reflect what we currently have available.
We do not display items that we would not be able to deliver.
If you are looking for a specific model, size, or colorway that is not currently listed, feel free to contact us. We can try to source it individually and verify availability based on your request.
You can also reach out if you want to check the availability of a particular product or get a more precise estimate of delivery or restock timing. We will be happy to provide more detailed information.
Are the prices on the website final?
Yes. All prices listed on pikastore.cz are final. We do not charge any hidden fees. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay (excluding any shipping costs selected at checkout).
From time to time, we offer special promotions or limited-time discounts, which are always clearly displayed on the website or sent through our newsletter.
We do not provide individual discounts. However, if you shop with us regularly, you can take advantage of the Pikastore discount club, where you earn points from previous orders that can be used for discounts on future purchases.

Are the products on pikastore.cz authentic?
Yes. All products available on pikastore.cz are 100% authentic. Product authenticity is essential to us and one of our top priorities.
Every item is checked and verified before shipping. We work only with trusted suppliers and ensure that every customer receives a product that matches the declared quality and condition.
How do you verify product authenticity?
We work exclusively with verified suppliers and sellers.
Before shipping, every item goes through a detailed inspection where we check its condition, compliance with official specifications, and overall authenticity. The goal is to ensure that the product you receive matches exactly what is listed on the website.

Are the products new and unworn?
Yes. All products available on pikastore.cz are completely new, unworn, and unused. We do not sell worn or second-hand items.
Each product is delivered in a condition consistent with new goods, including the original packaging and accessories if they are part of the product.
Before shipping, we also check the condition of every item to ensure it matches the description and quality stated on the website.
Shipping & Delivery
Are all products in stock?
Yes. All products listed on pikastore.cz are in stock and actually available. We do not offer standard pre-orders or items “made to order” without clear availability.
In some specific or unusual cases (for example a particular model or size outside the current offer), it may be possible to source the item after prior individual agreement via e-mail. In such cases, we always confirm availability and the estimated delivery timeframe in advance.
Each product page also shows an estimated delivery time so you know how quickly the item can be shipped.
What is the difference between express and standard delivery?
The only difference is the shipping speed, not product availability.
All products are in stock - only the delivery time differs.
What does express delivery (1–2 business days) mean?
The product is available in our main dispatch warehouse.
Your order is shipped immediately, and delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
What does delivery in 2–7 business days mean?
The product is in stock but not located in our main dispatch warehouse.
The item is first transferred to the main warehouse for inspection and then shipped.
The total delivery time is usually 2–7 business days.
Does delivery in 2–7 days mean the product is not in stock?
No. The product is still in stock and available.
The longer delivery time simply means the item requires a slightly more complex transfer before it is shipped and delivered to you.
Can the delivery time change?
In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors such as peak shipping periods or public holidays.
If there are any changes or delays with your shipment, we will inform you by email or phone.
How can I track the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery online.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder.
If you can’t find the email there either, contact us and we will verify the status of your order for you.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend not accepting it or reporting the damage directly with the carrier upon delivery.
If the product inside is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of both the packaging and the item.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If a package is not collected, it will be returned back to us.
In that case, we will contact you to arrange the next steps, such as reshipping the order or canceling it.
Sizing & Products
Are the products unisex?
Yes, most products available on pikastore.cz are unisex. This means they are not designed exclusively for men or women and can be worn by anyone regardless of gender.
For some models, the only differences are size or color variations rather than the fit itself. In these cases, products mainly differ in design or color, not in gender-specific cuts.

Can I get help choosing the right size?

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account.
However, creating an account gives you several advantages:

- faster communication
- access to discounts and special offers
Until when can I modify or cancel my order?
An order can be modified or canceled only before it is shipped, usually within about 15 minutes after placing the order.

Can I change the delivery details after placing an order?
Changing delivery details is only possible before the order is shipped.

What payment methods do you offer?

Yes. The price shown on the product page is final. There are no hidden fees.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is automatically sent by email after the order is completed.
If you cannot find it, contact us and we will be happy to send it to you again.
Discounts & Loyalty Program
Do you offer discounts for returning customers?
Yes. Registered customers can take advantage of the Pikastore loyalty program, which works on a points system for purchases.
Within the loyalty program you receive:
- points for every order that can be converted into discounts on future purchases
- exclusive discounts and promotions available only to program members
- early access to new releases and special offers before they are publicly announced
The loyalty program is designed as a fair way to reward repeat customers. We do not offer individual discounts, but by collecting points you can gradually reduce the price of future orders.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are free for customers from CZ, SK, PL, HU, and RO. For orders from other countries, the customer covers the return shipping costs.
The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

What are the return conditions?
Items can be returned within 14 days of the original delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- the product must be unused and unworn
- it must be returned in its original packaging
- it must not show any signs of use
In case of an exchange, the 14-day return period is always calculated from the original delivery date, not from the delivery of the exchanged item.
