This provision describes the principles of how PIKASTORE s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague 1, Company ID: 19693311 (hereinafter referred to as “PIKASTORE”), handles personal data and establishes the rules for processing the personal data of visitors to the website www.pikastore.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “website”), particularly registered users (hereinafter referred to as “users”) and PIKASTORE customers who place an order through the website (hereinafter referred to as “customers”).

1.2. In processing personal data of customers and users, PIKASTORE acts as the controller. PIKASTORE determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.

2. Types of Processed Data
2.1. Data provided by customers – PIKASTORE processes personal data about users and customers. Mainly, it processes personal data that you provide during registration on PIKASTORE or when creating an order. This data includes an email address, and in the case of customers, also name and surname, address, phone contact, and payment information. You may also voluntarily provide additional information, such as a workplace address or delivery time notes.

2.2. Data obtained through cookies – To improve advertising campaigns and product offerings, PIKASTORE evaluates information about the goods its customers have purchased. If you have allowed cookies to be stored in your browser and consent to their use, PIKASTORE has access to information about visits to the website, viewed products, and other activities on the website www.pikastore.cz.

2.3. PIKASTORE does not collect any sensitive personal data, such as information about your health condition, sexual orientation, etc.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
3.1. To process your order and fulfill the contract between PIKASTORE and the customer, we need your name and contact information. Processing in this case includes the following activities: listing the order, processing the order, payment, and delivery of the order. If you do not provide the above-mentioned data, PIKASTORE cannot process your order.

3.2. To better target advertising and promote the brand, PIKASTORE processes data on website visits, viewed products, and other activities on the website through the use of cookies. Processing is possible only with your consent to the use of relevant cookies. Consent is entirely voluntary. With this data, PIKASTORE obtains statistics, analyses, and reports on user behavior on the website. 4.1. PIKASTORE users and customers can cancel the receipt of commercial communications at any time by clicking on the link located in the footer of each commercial message or by raising an objection to the processing of personal data with PIKASTORE at the email address www.pikastore.cz.

5. Who Has Access to the Data?
5.1. Primarily, personal data is processed by PIKASTORE.

5.2. As a controller, PIKASTORE also entrusts other entities with processing personal data as processors. We only pass on the data necessary for them to provide their services (delivery of goods to the customer). Transportation companies include Zásilkovna s.r.o.; Česká pošta, s.p.; PPL CZ s.r.o.

6. How Long Do We Process the Data?
6.1. To fulfill the contract, PIKASTORE retains personal data for the entire duration of processing the order. This period includes the time for payment and delivery of the goods.

6.2. Commercial communications are sent to users for as long as the consent to receive them is valid. For customers, commercial communications are sent until they unsubscribe or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for this purpose.

6.3. PIKASTORE processes data obtained for marketing purposes through cookies for the entire duration of the consent to the use of cookies, i.e., as long as cookies are enabled in your browser, or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for this purpose.

7. What Are Your Rights?
7.1. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can contact PIKASTORE to request:

  • Information about the personal data that PIKASTORE uses regarding the purpose and nature of handling personal data, including information on potential recipients of personal data outside PIKASTORE. General information about how personal data is handled is contained in this provision.
  • Access to the data that you have shared with PIKASTORE by creating a registration or order. If you exercise this right, PIKASTORE will inform you about what personal data is being processed. This information will be made available to you upon request within the statutory time limit.
  • Correction of personal data, if it is inaccurate or incomplete. If we have incorrect personal data about you, please inform us, and PIKASTORE will correct it.
  • Explanation and rectification of the defective condition (e.g., blocking, correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal data), if you believe that PIKASTORE is handling personal data contrary to the protection of your personal and private life or contrary to legal regulations.
  • Deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten) or restricted processing if it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, or if PIKASTORE no longer has a legal reason to process the personal data, including cases where you disagree with further processing. Upon meeting these conditions, PIKASTORE will dispose of your data.

7.2. Furthermore, PIKASTORE customers can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data related to the sending of commercial communications or the evaluation of purchasing preferences. If you withdraw consent, PIKASTORE will stop processing personal data for these purposes.

7.3. In addition to the rights mentioned above, you have the option to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of a breach of obligations.

8. Security
8.1. For PIKASTORE, the security of your personal data is an absolute priority. The processing of personal data fully complies with applicable legal regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When handling personal data, we place great emphasis on the technical and organizational security of personal data.

8.2. All personal data in electronic form is stored in systems that are accessible only to persons who need to handle the personal data directly for the purposes stated in these rules, and only to the necessary extent.
