Delivery terms

Currently, we only deliver orders within the European Union.

For most of the products you'll find here, we offer delivery within 48 hours, because we understand how exciting it is to wait for new shoes. Every order is packed with the utmost care to ensure the best possible shopping experience.

Delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia usually takes 2 business days, while delivery to other European countries typically takes 5 business days. All orders are assigned a tracking number, so the customer always knows where their order is.

Delivery price list:

For the Czech Republic and Slovakia:

• Orders over 500 CZK / 20 EUR: Free - in case of prepayment
• Orders under 500 CZK / 20 EUR: Standard delivery fee applies, depending on the chosen shipping method.

Other EU countries:

• Orders over 5000 CZK / 200 EUR: Free
• Orders under 5000 CZK / 200 EUR: Standard delivery fee applies, depending on the chosen shipping method.

Payment gateway provider

The payment service provider is Shopify Payments, which ensures secure transactions. Your bank or card statement will show PIKASTORE SP as the recipient of the payment; they will forward the payment to us. For any complaints, we recommend contacting us directly.
